
What are the types of processes of subjectivation or collective subjectivation, that are build in the contemporary art practices? What is the place of creating resistance in the discourse of contemporary art? In my research point of view artistic practice and practice-based research in relation to general social changes exemplify a change in the process of subjectivation in contemporary capitalist society. Artistic practice is part of a larger device or dispositif. Each society or social structure produces a process of subjectivation needed in that structure. A change from fordist society to a post-fordist one requires different kind of production of subjectivities, different kind of sensitivity, affectivity apparatuses, as well. A fundamental change in social and economical relationships has happened; therefore my question is in what way these changes are reflected upon artistic practice and aesthetic paradigm?
