Synopsis in English
A film crew travels from Java to the volcano island of Krakatau with the intention to record the underground sound of the volcano. There are puffs of smoke, but no sound. The technology fails, and the stone will not open its door. The unfortunate crew withdraws humiliated from the island.

Kuvausryhmä matkustaa veneellä Jaavalta Krakataun tulivuorisaarelle tarkoituksenaan äänittää tulivuoren maanalaista ääntä. Tulivuori puhaltelee savujaan, mutta ääntäkään ei kuulu. Teknologia pettää, kivi ei avaa oveaan. Epäonninen työryhmä poistuu nöyryytettynä saarelta.
